Manufacturing for Buyer Specifications

Our production approach starts with the buyer’s required product specification. Depending on the program, this can include dimensions, GSM or weight, construction, colours, borders, labels and packaging. This buyer-led approach supports hotel, institutional, wholesale, retail and private-label textile programs.

Quality Through the Production Flow

Quality is reviewed throughout manufacturing rather than only at the end. Relevant checks can include fabric construction and GSM, size and weight, colour consistency, stitching and hemming, absorbency and appearance, label placement, packing accuracy and customer-specific requirements.

Finishing, Packing & Private Label

Finished goods are reviewed for workmanship and presentation before packing. Packing can be discussed according to the buyer’s program, including bulk or retail presentation, labels, barcodes, carton markings and private-label requirements.
