Send a Jersey Fitted Sheet Specification That Can Be Costed
Tell our Karachi team which article you need, the quantity per size and colour, target quality and destination. Use the fields below to keep construction, fabric weight and mattress fit clear.
Mattress depth, pocket depth and fit range
Record mattress width × length × thickness in centimetres or inches, including any topper. Specify the fitted depth and under-mattress allowance separately. If a retail sheet covers several sizes, list the smallest and largest mattress profiles and approve fit on both after the agreed wash and drying process.
Sample approval before a bulk order
Record your agreed measurements and sample reference in the pre-shipment inspection checklist. Use our export packing and shipment guide to confirm labels, pack quantities and carton identification for the fitted-sheet assortment.
Agree composition, finished GSM and tolerance, shade reference, elastic recovery, corner seams and dimensional-change limits. Keep the approved sample with the label and packing specification. MOQ and lead time are confirmed for that quality and size/colour assortment.

From Knitted Fabric to Export-Ready Fitted Sheets
For jersey fitted-sheet programmes, control should follow the approved buyer specification through fabric construction, colour, finishing, cutting, elastic attachment, stitching, measurement checks and packing. The exact route depends on the approved article and order.
Knitted Fabric
Confirm composition, jersey construction and target fabric weight against the approved quality.
Colour & Finishing
Review colour reference, handle and dimensional behaviour before cutting.
Cutting
Cut dimensions are developed from mattress width, length, depth and the required under-mattress allowance.
Elastic & Stitching
Elastic configuration, seams and corner construction are checked against the approved sample.
Fit & Measurement QC
Verify finished measurements and fit on the intended mattress profile, including the agreed wash-test requirement.
Labels & Packing
Complete size labels, care labels, barcodes and packing according to the confirmed B2B order brief.

Hospitality
Bedding enquiries can be reviewed against the dimensions and performance requirements of the hospitality program.
Wholesale & Distribution
Discuss assortment, sizing and packing requirements for wholesale and distribution channels.
Choose the Right Mattress Size and Pocket Depth
Order dimensions should define mattress width, length and depth separately. Pocket depth is essential for fit, particularly when a mattress topper or box-spring construction is included. Approve the finished measurements and elastic recovery on a sample after the intended washing and drying process.
Compare Knitted Fitted Sheet Constructions
Start with the intended use and reference fabric, then select the construction for sample development. Composition, finished GSM and mattress fit are separate decisions for every article.
| Construction | Define in your brief | Review on the sample |
|---|---|---|
| Cotton jersey | Fibre composition, weight and mattress profile | Handle, coverage and dimensions after laundering |
| Cotton-elastane jersey | Blend percentage and required fit range | Stretch, recovery and elastic hold at both fit limits |
| Terry | Loop surface, face/back and finished weight | Surface uniformity, snagging and fit at corners |
| Stretch Molton | Surface finish, blend and intended use | Surface appearance and recovery after washing |
| Interlock | Construction, composition and weight | Opacity, seam alignment and dimensional stability |
Build a quotation brief that can be costed
Send quantities per size and colour, exact mattress width × length × depth, the required under-mattress allowance, composition, target GSM and a reference sample or photographs. Include destination, required delivery window and packing format. MOQ, sample timing, bulk lead time and commercial terms are confirmed in the quotation for the specific programme.
Record approval before bulk production
Agree finished measurements and tolerances, the wash and drying procedure, shade reference, elastic configuration, labels and packaging. Keep these details with the approved sample so repeat orders use the same reference. Any certification or laboratory-report requirement should be identified in the enquiry for confirmation against the relevant article.
Knitted Fitted Sheet Range
Our fitted-sheet development range now also includes Terry Fitted Sheets, Stretch Molton Fitted Sheets and Interlock Fitted Sheets. These constructions are developed against buyer specifications; GSM, composition, mattress dimensions and fit are confirmed during sample development.
Compare Our Jersey Fitted Sheet Products
Choose by knitted construction and mattress profile, then confirm the finished specification on an approved sample. These are separate articles with separate product pages.
| 100% cotton jersey topper sheet | 140 × 200 cm cotton jersey with all-round elastic; listed for toppers up to 10 cm thick. |
| Cotton-elastane stretch jersey | 95% cotton / 5% elastane, 190 GSM reference; European single sizes and deeper mattress briefs. |
| Double jersey cotton | 120 × 190 cm double jersey in 100% cotton with all-round elastic; confirm GSM and pocket depth. |
| Related cotton topper article | 100% cotton topper fitted sheet with a 15 cm pocket reference. Confirm fabric construction separately before ordering. |
Jersey, flannel and microfiber are different specifications
The 120 × 200 cm flannel topper sheet and 39 × 75 inch microfiber twin sheet are alternative bedding articles. They are not presented as cotton jersey products. Fibre composition, fabric construction and bed size should each appear clearly in the buying brief.
European mattress size references
The stretch-jersey listing includes 90 × 200, 90 × 210, 90 × 220, 100 × 200, 100 × 210 and 100 × 220 cm references. Other listed jersey articles include 120 × 190 and 140 × 200 cm. Confirm the mattress size and depth for each destination rather than relying on names such as single or double.
Jersey Fitted Sheet Sourcing Questions
Is fitted-sheet pocket depth the same as mattress depth?
Mattress depth measures the mattress itself. A fitted-sheet pocket is the sewn side depth; the approved specification also needs enough fabric and elastic to tuck securely underneath. If a topper is used, measure the combined mattress and topper. Send width, length and total depth separately, then confirm fit and elastic recovery on a sample after the intended washing and drying cycle.
Should knitted fitted sheets be specified by GSM or thread count?
Use knitted construction, fibre composition, GSM, finished measurements and stretch or recovery requirements for jersey sheets. Thread count describes woven bedding and does not replace a knitted-fabric specification. For woven alternatives, compare our hotel bedding and linen range; for double-knit construction, review interlock fitted sheets.
How does jersey differ from woven bedding?
Jersey is knitted, whereas woven bedding uses interlaced warp and weft yarns. Fabric construction affects stretch and fit. Share your reference quality rather than using thread count alone to describe a knitted sheet.
What should be checked on a fitted-sheet sample?
Check composition, fabric weight, colour, seam finish, elastic attachment, mattress fit and dimensions after washing. Agree the acceptance criteria for the specific construction before a bulk order.
Can the sheets be developed with my label?
Send brand artwork, care-label wording, size identification, barcode and packing requirements for review through our private-label home textile programme.
Coordinate your order with hotel bedding and linen, or request jersey fitted sheet samples.
