TEXTILE QUALITY POLICY

At POLANI INDUSTRIES | AL HASEEB TEXTILES, quality begins with understanding the buyer’s product requirement. Our policy is to work to a clear specification and approved reference, with checks across production, making-up and packing.

Agree the Product Specification

For towels, bathrobes and bedding, define composition, construction, dimensions, GSM or finished weight, colour, workmanship, labels and packing. Record acceptable tolerances and any specific test requirements before order approval.

Review Quality Through Production

  • Construction and appearance: review the fabric and visible workmanship against the agreed reference.
  • Size and weight: check finished measurements and weight using the agreed method and tolerance.
  • Colour and finishing: compare shade and finish with the approved sample.
  • Making-up: review hems and seams, and garment details such as collars, pockets and belts where applicable.
  • Labels and packing: check item identification, artwork, quantities and carton marking against the order brief.

Sample Approval and Laundry Trials

For hospitality and linen rental programmes, agree sample tests in the intended wash and drying process. Evaluate dimensional change, absorbency, appearance, shade behaviour and workmanship as applicable to the article. Any performance or wash-cycle acceptance criteria should be agreed for the supplied quality.

Use our commercial laundry towel specification guide to prepare the trial brief. Hotel suppliers can compare the listed hotel towel qualities.

Certification and Buyer Documentation

Buyers requiring OEKO-TEX certification or other quality documentation should request the current certificate or test report for review. Confirm its validity, holder and product scope against the programme being purchased. Include any specific documentation requirement in the initial enquiry.

Feedback and Continuous Improvement

Clear records help resolve quality questions. Provide the order and item reference, photos, measurements and affected quantity with any report. For laundry-related concerns, include processing conditions so the issue can be reviewed in context. Production and customer feedback guide improvements in products and working practices.

Define Inspection Before Shipment

Agree the inspection scope, sampling requirements, acceptance criteria and reporting arrangements as part of the order. Keep approved samples and artwork with the specification so the product and packing can be reviewed against the same reference.
