AL HASEEB TEXTILES · KARACHI, PAKISTAN

Weaving establishes the fabric structure that later processing and making-up must work with. Al Haseeb Textiles’ factory tour introduces its manufacturing facilities; this guide explains the buyer decisions that belong in a weaving brief.

Discuss your specification

Translate the finished article into a fabric brief

Identify the intended towel article, its finished dimensions and target weight. Record pile and ground composition separately and describe border or woven-pattern placement. Keep the finished article requirement distinct from intermediate fabric dimensions used during development.

Approve construction as well as appearance

Review the physical reference for loop or surface appearance, reverse, border definition and pattern repeat. Ask which fabric measurements will be recorded during the programme. If a design spans different sizes, approve the layout for every size rather than assuming one repeat fits all.

Resolve changes before later stages

Record the agreed reference and specification version. A change to yarn, weave or border can affect how later dyeing, finishing and cutting are assessed. Discuss proposed changes with the supplier and identify any revised sample approval needed before production continues.

What to include in your enquiry

Al Haseeb Textiles reviews your brief against the proposed quality. Request written confirmation of the specification, sample terms, minimum quantities, price and programme timing. Keep the approved sample and quotation together as the purchasing reference.

A question buyers ask

Is finished towel GSM the only weaving requirement?

No. Record the fabric structure, composition and design layout alongside the finished weight and measurement requirements.
