Guest towel can mean a small bathroom towel, a hand towel or an item in a guest collection, depending on the seller. For wholesale buying, translate the name into measurements, intended use and a defined packing brief. This keeps the product clear for both the manufacturer and the end customer.
Choose the presentation first
Describe where the towel will be used: a guest washroom, a hotel vanity, a gift collection or a retail range. Review a sample in the actual fold, tray or shelf arrangement. An attractive flat product photograph does not show whether the towel fits the intended display.
Set finished length and width, composition, GSM, colour and edge detail. If the guest item coordinates with larger towels, approve the complete size family together.
Keep branding proportional
Provide artwork, thread colour or the relevant design method, and exact placement from finished edges. Ask for a development sample where branding is required. On a small item, the logo should be assessed alongside the border and folded presentation.

- Assign separate stock codes by size and colour.
Assess washed appearance
Review samples after the intended laundry process. Record dimensions, shade change, lint and the condition of seams and decoration. Keep both the approved unwashed reference and the wash-trial observations where practical.
For a hotel collection, involve housekeeping in counting and presentation decisions. If guest towels are offered alongside washcloths, make the difference in size and stock identification clear.
Specify packing and replenishment
State whether the product is packed singly, as a colour assortment or as part of a set. List exact quantities, label requirements and carton marks. Discuss order quantities by shade and how future replacement items will be approved.
